Remuneration Structure
Our remuneration model is transparent and structured to reflect both clinical input and the broader team-based systems involved in care delivery.
For Specialist GPs, Fellows and VR GPs
70% of bulk billing and private billing consultations
65% of care plans and health assessments
For GP Registrars and Non-VR GPs
65% of bulk billing and private billing consultations
60% of care plans and health assessments
This structure is designed to align remuneration with workflow efficiency and team-supported care.
Pathway to Ownership
We understand that many doctors are looking beyond short-term contracting and are interested in long-term ownership participation in the practices they help build.
Onyx Health offers a structured pathway to ownership at the clinic level, including Onyx Health Scarborough.
Eligibility for consideration includes:
a minimum of two years of clinical practice within the clinic
no disciplinary actions
good standing with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
Must be Specialist GPs, fellows of RACGP or ACRRM,
The pathway to ownership is:
performance-based and discretionary
subject to clinical, professional, and organizational alignment
specific to the individual clinic (e.g. Onyx Health Scarborough), not automatically extended to Onyx Health Group as a whole
